高校学报女性编辑多元角色下的困境及对策

高校学报女性编辑身兼编辑、母亲、妻子、女儿、儿媳的多元角色,容易陷入身心俱疲、消极怠工、发展受挫的多重困境.作为高校学报女性编辑,首先必须在自身上加强修炼,对工作进行合理计划,确定目标;培养自信心,不断选取;学会调整心态,为心理减负.而作为学报部门及其主管单位,也应对其所遇到的困境给予关注和重视,为其工作和个人发展多创造有利条件,使其更安心地为学报编辑工作贡献自己的力量.

Problems and Countermeasures for the Multiple Roles of Women-Editors of University Journals

Because of the various roles such as editor, mother, wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law they play, women-editors of university journals often find themselves in difficult situations of being tired, frustrated, and slow in work. To solve these problems, they should try to develop their own ability, make reasonable plans, have determined target, build up self-confidence, and learn how to relieve mental stress by adjusting their mind. Besides, the management should also deal with the problems seriously, and create more favorable conditions for their work and personal development, so that they can contribute to the journal in a more comfortable work environment.
