高校素质教育应以德育为核心

Morals Education-the Competence Centered Education in Colleges & Universities

In levels of competence,moral quality can reflect the students' quality more deeply than their professional knowledge or abilities. Morals education is the soul.With the transformation of economic systems,college students 'idealogical and moral sense seem to be of new characteristics,which sets the new challenge for our idealogical and moral education.In order to reach the goal of cultivating qualified personnal,the competence education should focus on morals education;to establish morals education's nucleus position in the competence education,we must set up scientific patterns for morals education contents.
