| Abstract: | A student of Sichuan Fine Art Institute lodged an accusation against his mother college, which caused the ponderation and approach to the subject of how to administer colleges and universities in accordance with the law,how to safeguard the students' legitimate rights and interests ,and how to apply the law to the relationship between the school authorities and the students ,and the lawful status in colleges and universities. |
