| 摘 要： | 影响大学生学业成绩的相关因素很多，人格因素是其中重要的一个方面。通过对学业成绩优秀组大学生和学业成绩不佳组大学生人格特征的测试和分析，揭示学业成绩与人格特征之间的联系。
