| 摘 要： | 目前高校在教学和管理过程中存在的一些法律问题,已经阻碍了高校的进一步发展。在高校对学生教育和管理过程中强化法律的地位和作用,明确高校和学生的法律关系,做到教育法治化,才能进一步解决高等教育中存在的其他问题,也才能促进我国高等教育事业的进一步发展。
