宪法监督制度研究述评

1 98 2年宪法制定后 ,围绕宪法监督制度 ,学术界已出版专著近十部 ,其中的三百二十多篇论文 ,对宪法监督的概念、对象、范围、方式、模式、基础、我国宪法监督的现状及制度设计等展开讨论。这种讨论肩负着制度改革和建设之理论先行的使命 ,对我国宪法监督制度的改革和发展深有助益。但其中所呈现的莫衷一是的局面表明 ,要完成这一使命 ,学界尚有诸多未竟课题

A Review of the Studies of Constitutional Supervision Institution

Since the enactment of constitution in 1982, the academic circles have published about ten books and more than three hundred and twenty articles on the institution of constitutional supervision, carrying out discussions on the concepts, objects, scope, methodology, patterns, foundations, and the current status and institutional design of the constitutional supervision in China. These discussions are endowed with the mission of forerunning theoretical studies of institutional reform and construction, benefiting greatly the reform and development of the institution of constitutional supervision in China. Yet the disagreement exhibited during the discussions suggest that there are a lot of issues and topics to be clarified before we can accomplish the mission.
