| 摘 要： | 禁忌作为人类社会曾经普遍存在过的一种特殊的社会规范形式 ,在很大程度上扮演着法律的角色。随着社会的发展 ,那些为大多数社会成员所公认的禁忌成为习惯法或法的组成部分 ,巩固了它作为社会控制方式的强制性和权威性 ,并成为法律的重要渊源之一。
