| 摘 要： | 全球环境问题日趋严重,而单一民族国家在解决全球环境问题时却显得力不从心。全球环境治理被认为是解决环境问题的可能途径之一,受到极大关注。问题在于,国家之间的利益选择和矛盾冲突让全球治理的前进脚步异常沉重,全球环境问题的本质是什么,如何有效推动全球环境治理的发展,值得我们进一步研究。
