| 摘 要： | 金融危机会导致大学生总体就业形势更加严峻,加剧大学生的结构性失业,并使得大学生就业质量进一步下降.化解金融危机对大学生就业的不利影响,需要政府、高校和大学生的共同努力,其中政府作为是关键,高校加大服务力度是重要环节,大学生积极应对是根本.应对金融危机对大学生就业的冲击,既要有短期的措施,又要反思现有的人才培养模式,建立长效的危机处理机制.
