| 摘 要： | 大学英语教学的目的是培养学生跨文化交际能力。我国传统英语教学由于忽视对学生跨文化差异意识的培养 ,导致其跨文化交际能力普遍较低。提高学生跨文化交际能力 ,则必须重视词汇蕴涵的文化差异 ,加强课堂教学对非语言交际的引入 ,注意中西方文化习俗、价值观念和思维方式等方面的差异。

| Abstract: | The basic object of college English teaching is to cultivate students'intercultural communicative competence. Cross-cultural difference awareness is neglected in Chinese traditional English teaching, which results in low level of communicative ability. Enhancing their communicative competence includes valuing words implying meaning, introducing non-verbal communication in classroom teaching and paying special attention to cultural customs, value and mode of thinking of both Chinese and the western countries. |
