改革开放30年我国民族法制建设回顾

改革开放以来,党和国家高度重视民族法制建设工作。改革开放30年,是我国民族法制建设不断发展和完善的30年,民族法制建设成就举世瞩目。经过30年的实践和发展,我国已基本形成了以《宪法》为基础,以《民族区域自治法》为主干,以民族自治地方自治条例和单行条例为主要内容,包括国务院及其各部门制定的行政法规、部门规章,以及各地方制定的民族方面的法规、行政规章的有中国特色的民族法律法规体系和监督机制。本文在回顾30年来我国民族法制建设成就的基础上,探讨了民族法制建设亟待解决的问题,并提出了加强民族法制建设的对策及建议。
