| 摘 要： | 面对高职院校毕业生就业难的现实,在分析当前高职院校实践教学现状和存在问题的基础上,提出应建立以就业为导向,以技能训练为核心,以＂实训室管理工厂化、指导教师工厂化、实训设备工厂化、实训环境工厂化＂为特征的高职院校实践教学创新模式,从根本上提升高职院校的人才核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | Considering the employment difficulty for graduates from higher vocational colleges,based on the analysis of the current situations and existing problems in practice teaching,it is suggested that practical training should be oriented to employment and take skill training as the core.It is pointed that core competitiveness of higher vocational college student talents can be promoted only if the management of training office,the instructors,the equipment for training,and the environment are characterized by factory features in the new innovative mode. |
