Improving the Employability of University Students Based on Positive Psychology Theories:Deliberation

The employability of university students includes three parts,i.e.the ability of job-hunting,adaptability and development capability.Therefore,the employability of the students can be improved via three aspects: Firstly,universities launch superiority education as educators regularly praise students and students maintain an optimistic attitude themselves,thus can be beneficial to foster their positive personality and characters and enhance their employability;Secondly,the government,enterprises and universities strengthen the bond and make joint efforts to offer platforms for the graduates to transform into their working roles so as to improve their adaptive capacity;Thirdly,universities carry out well-being education on the sense of happiness and the students constantly inspire their own flow experience to craete a positive emotional state and enhance their ability to develop.The improvement of their employability can effectively promote their employment.
