服刑人员职业技能培训的现状及对策研究

为了降低服刑人员重返社会后的再次犯罪率，提出其职业技能培训的必要性，剖析职业技能培训存在的问题，作者从树立其职业技能的指导思想、监狱相关部门对教育投资的重视、对职业技能培训目标与教学的要求等方面分析，提出有效提高其职业技能培训的对策，从而使服刑人员刑满释放后，在社会上找到一份稳定的正当工作。

Current Status and Strategic Research on CriminalsProfessional Skill Training

To reduce crime recommitment rate for inmates after their returning to society, the es- say proposed necessity for professional skill training, analyzed problems existed in training, the author analyzed the current status via establishing instructive ideology of professional skill, priori- ties given by the department concerned from jail to educational investment, the target of profes- sional skill training and teaching＇s request, promoted strategies as to improve effectiveness, hence to allow prisoners could seek a steady job after release.
