美国少数族裔党派取向的形成和变迁受到一定阶段基于利益诉求上众多变量的影响,具有"确定性"与"不确定性"统一并存的特征。就目前而言,少数族裔在总体上倾向支持民主党,这是因为民主党比共和党更能满足他们的利益诉求,但共和党若能在社会政策和经济政策的取向方面作出有利于少数族裔的改变,西裔和亚裔的中间和独立选民转向支持共和党亦有可能。从长远讲,两党须尽力扩大其选民基础中的少数族裔规模以能在未来的选举政治中占得优势。

The formation and change of U.S.ethnic minorities' partisan choice are affected by many variables on the basis of interest demand,with the coexistence of "certainty" and "uncertainty" as its feature.Currently,the ethnic minorities in general tend to support the Democratic Party because the Democratic Party is able to meet their interest better than the Republican Party.However,if the Republican Party can change its position on social and economic policies so as to better serve the interests of ethnic minorities,it is also possible for Hispanic and Asian wavering and independent voters to turn to support it.In the long run,the two parties should endeavor to expand their ethnic minorities' electoral base to be able to gain advantage in future elections.
