摘    要:管理系统的生命力在于开放和不间断地创新 ,创新必须遵循具有方法论意义的因势权变方法。权变哲学充分继承了古老的东方式军事与治国智慧 ,权变方法论的哲学基础既是唯物的 ,又几乎包含了所有的经典辩证法思想。权变哲学主张科学的管理是“有定格论”与“不唯定格论”的统一 ,重在情势。

Abstract:The vitality of administrative system lies in opening and continuous innovation. To innovate has to follow the expediential policy with methodological significance. Inheriting adequately the ancient oriental military and governing thoughts, expediential philosophy bases itself on materialism as well as all the classic dialectic thoughts. It argues that scientific management is the union of "admitting fixed position" and "not admitting it as the only one". The union reveals that the natures of dialectics and metaphysics are related with the reflective activity of thinking.
