英语能力应该包括交际能力、语用能力、语言的传授能力和语言的创新能力。多维英语能力培养指培养方法上的多样化 ,即在培养空间上呈放射状 ,时间上呈可持续发展 ,方法上以学生为中心。能力培养的互动模式 ,就是对学生英语能力培养的课堂内、外的互相促动 ,教师和学生的互相推动 ,知识与能力的互相带动 ,内容与方法的互相牵动。多维英语能力培养的互动模式就是通过对培养对象现有实际水平和语言能力进行拔高性的培养 ,以多维方法的培养使之产生多种互动模式 ,从而提高学生的语言实际能力。

Construction of the Multi-demensioned and Mutual-motivated Mode in Students' English Language Competence Training

English competence is shown through social communication,language application,knowledge creation and language teaching.The multi-demensioned English competence training refers to the diversity of training methods,ie:the radioactive mode in training space,the continuatity in training time and the student-centered teaching methods.The mutual-motivated mode in language competence training includes the mutual-interaction of inside and outside classroom training,the mutual promotion and motivation from teachers and students,the mutual dynamic of knowledge and competence,the affection of the content and teaching methods.The mutual-motivated training of the multi-demensioned English competence training mode aims to strengthen the students' practical English competence by multi-demensioned methods which will result in the formation of the mutual-motivated training mode.;
