| 摘 要： | 文章从冷战结束以后亚太地区经济与安全合作的理论与实践出发,分析地区合作对国际政治经济新秩序建立的影响.指出,亚太地区合作不仅极大地维护了地区的和平与稳定,而且有力推动了国际政治民主化进程和成员经济体宏观经济政策的协调.

| Abstract: | This article focuses on the analysis of the impacts of regional cooperation based on the international order in the Cold War era. It points out that regional cooperation has many positive impacts on improving the democratization of international political and coordination of the economic policies. Thus, it can redound to maintain the regional peace and stability. |
