| Abstract: | This paper deals with the historical backgrounds, the necessities and the problems existing in the provincialization of China's regional economy and the provincialization of her higher education system since China adopted the open-door policies. Accordingly, the paper presents a few remarks about the great urgency of the harmonious developments between the regionl economy and the regional higher education system in Guangdong Province during the turn of the century. |
