论高校保卫干部职业道德素质构建

高校保卫干部队伍是一支较为特殊的队伍 ,它肩负确保高校安全与稳定的使命。要使这支队伍较好地发挥作用 ,一个重要的方面就是依靠高校保卫干部的良好职业道德素质。本文从高校保卫干部的职业角色入手 ,分析论证了高校保卫干部扮演着三重职业角色 ,受到三种相应的职业道德的规范和要求 ,得出了高校保卫干部的职业道德素质应是与三种职业道德素质交叉部分组成的素质群体的结论 ,并依此提出了提高高校保卫干部职业道德素质的方法与途径

On Composition of the Professional Ethic Quality of Security Cadres in Colleges and Universities

The body of security cadres in colleges and universities, with its special status, shoulders the mission of ensuring security and stability. To give full play to the role of these cadres, their professional ethic quality is important. Starting with the professional role of security cadres, this paper analyzes the three roles played by college security cadres and the ethic standards and requirements related to these roles. It then comes to the conclusion that the professional ethic quality of security cadres should be a set of quality components that intersect with the three roles, demonstrating this ethic quality explicitly and proposes some measures to improve the professional ethic quality of security cadres in colleges and universities.
