| 摘 要： | 关于社会养老保险基金筹资模式选择的争论很多，而且模式的选择问题历来都是社会养老保险基金改革的焦点。加强对现收现付制、完全积累制和部分积累制三种筹资模式的经济效应分析，结合我国人口变化和经济发展的实际，可以看出“统账结合”的部分积累模式是一种理性选择，这一过渡模式也将为人口老龄化高峰后的社会养老保险基金筹资模式的变革奠定基础。

| Abstract: | There are arguments over the choices of the fund-raising mode of Chinese endowment insurance and it has always been the focus of the reform of Chinese endowment insurance funds. With the consideration of the status quo of population change and economic development in China, this paper makes a comparison among the three fund- raising modes： pay-as-you-go mode, pay-as-you-earn mode and integration mode. It is concluded that integration mode is a reasonable choice. Furthermore, this mode will pave the way for the reform of fund-raising mode of Chinese endowment insurance after the society comes to a period of population aging. |
