| 摘 要： | 日前,"庆祝徐学鹿教授八十华诞暨中国商法三十年理论研讨会"在京隆重召开。来自全国各地高等院校、科研单位、政府机构、实务部门的专家学者向徐学鹿教授祝贺八十大寿。会议以"中国商法三十年"为主题,与会专家就"市场经济为商法的发展提供了优良的土壤"、"商法的发展和成就以及商法的未来与任务"、"学者研究商法应该立足于国情"、"商法研究范式的转型"以及"构建和谐商法"等问题进行了热烈的研讨。

| Abstract: | "The Celebration on the 80th Birthday of Professor Xu Xue-lu and Seminar of Chinese Commercial Law in Three Decades" was held in 2012 ceremoniously by School of law,Beijing Technology and Business University.The experts and scholars from colleges and universities,research institutes,government agencies and practical departments across China congratulated the 80th birthday to Professor Xu Xue-lu.With the focus on the theme "Chinese Commercial Law in Three Decades",the participators discussed the following issues heatedly: an excellent environment that market economy provides for the development of Chinese commercial law;the development,achievements,future and tasks of Chinese commercial law;scholars' study on Chinese commercial law based on national conditions;the transformation of commercial law paradigm;the building of a harmonious commercial law;etc. |
