摘    要:细节服务是图书馆服务的细化和深化,是图书馆服务质量和水平的体现。细微处见真情,图书馆的细节服务直接影响读者满意率。只有通过增强细节服务意识,强化读者第一观念,培养高素质馆员队伍,提升细节服务文化,才能彰显图书馆服务品质。

Abstract:The detail service is a kind of library service that more detail and deeply, reflected the quality and the level of the library service. The consideration is conveyed by serving readers in specific items, which also affects the satisfication of readers, the value of serving readers in specific items has been discussed and obtained by strengthening the concept of readers first, raising the awareness of serving in specific items, forstering library assistant staff and developing the culture for serving readers in specific items
