| 摘 要： | 引智工作的推进已经使高校成为一个多国文化的融合体，实施跨文化管理是提高高校引智工作效益的有效途径。本文阐述了跨文化管理的内涵，提出了跨文化管理需要考虑的诸多因素，并根据高校引智工作的特点，给出了跨文化管理的方案。

| Abstract: | The recruitment of more and more foreign experts has made the college a multicuhural pool, so the cress-cultural management will effectively improve the recruitment of foreign experts in colleges. Based on the introduction to the content of cress-cultural management, this paper describes various factors to affect cross-cultural management. Furthermore, according to the features of foreign experts recruitment in colleges, this paper proposes practice solutions to cross-cultural management. |
