试论清末京城立宪派

以往对清末立宪派的研究大多集中在京外各省及海外的立宪派士绅,实际上当时在北京政坛上也活跃着一股京城立宪派势力。本文以汪荣宝等人的活动为中心,论述京城立宪派的构成与代表人物,其活动特色和影响,以及他们在辛亥革命前后的应变态度。

On the Constitutionalists of Beijing in Late Qing Period

The past research of the constitutionalists in late Qing period mostly focuses on the gentry from other provinces and abroad than Beijing.In fact,a group of constitutionalists of Beijing was active in the political arena of Beijing at that time.Taking wang Rong-bao and other members of this group as the center,the author discusses the constitutents and representatives of the group,its characteristics and influence,and the emergency attitude of the members around the Revolution of 1911.
