群体意识与回族凝聚力

民族意识是一个民族心理特质的核心部分，中国回族的民族意识中最为突出的是其民族群体意识，极强的民族群体意识为回回民族高度凝聚力的形成，奠定了坚实的基础。在时代不断发展进步的今日，回族群体意识依然在不断抬升，内部凝聚力依然在不断增强，但这种抬升和增强，必须建立在理性的基础之上。维护自身民族的群体利益，不能损害其他民族的群体利益。当代回族调整民族内部结构，树立健康的民族心理，是谋求与各兄弟民族长期和睦相处，集中精力发展民族经济文化等各项事业，实现与各兄弟民旋共同进步的需要。

Consciousness of the Group and Cohesion of the Hui

National consciousness is the core of a nationality's spiritual and psychological characteristics,and the most outstabdubg of the Hui is its group consciousness which has laid a solid foundation for the forming of the strong cohesion of the Hui Nationality.As the time goes on ,such consciousness and cohesion continue to rise and strengthen.Yet all these must be based on reason:to defend one Nationality's own group benefit should mot harm another's.That the Hui Nationality adjusts its inner structure,and establishes healthy national psychology,is the necessity for all Nationalities to live in harmony,to focus on economic and cultural development and to achieve common progress.
