高等真菌优化麦秸喂牛试验

摘    要:筛选高等真菌最佳菌株优化处理麦秸,粗蛋白含量由原麦秸的2.7%提高到6.09%。用优化麦秸饲喂黄牛,经过4个月的小试和中试结果表明,黄牛对优化麦秸适口性好,适应快,采食迅速,采食量大,生长发育好,被毛光亮,健康状况良好。经测重,优化麦秸组小试平均日增重为639g,比氨化麦秸和原麦秸分别提高174g 和268g。中试试验优化麦秸组平均日增重为827.38g,比氨化麦秸日增重高290.05g。优化麦秸喂黄牛比氨化麦秸和原麦秸每增重1kg 体重分别节省草料费1.10元和1.70元。

Abstract:The crude protein content of wheat straw treated by higher fungi was increased (2.7%-6.09%).The cattle was feeded with Fungi Wheat Straw (FWS) for 4 months.The minor and medium experiments results showed that FWS was palatable and adaptable to cattle,and the cattle was in more intake,good development,bright hair coat,and good health.The minor experiment showed that the average gain of the cattle with FWS was 639g per day.which was more 174g and 262g than that of Ammoniated wheat Straw and Raw wheat straw,respectively.The medium experiment showed that the cattle gained 827.38g averagely per day with FWS,which did more 290.05g than of AWS (532.33g,per day).The fodder cost of gaining 1kg weight with FWS decreased 1.10 Yuan and 1.70 Yuan than that of AWS and RWS.
