| 摘 要： | 作为高校基层党政领导干部,其表率作用如何,直接关系到事业的兴衰与发展。因此,高校基层党政领导干部必须在本部门、本单位师生员工之中发挥表率作用,做勤于学习、善于学习的表率;做品格高尚、执政为民的表率;做廉洁自律、拒腐防变的表率。
