| Abstract: | Qinghai women's lower cultural quality results from economic status, traditional and cultural beliefs, natural environment and women's physical and mental characteristics. Such measures as accelerating economic growth, giving full play to the government's quiding role and enhancing the women's subject awareness must be taken so as to further improve the women's cultural quality. |
