| 摘 要： | 柔性管理是网络经济时代管理学发展的新趋势 ,在网络经济时代实施柔性管理是必然的选择 ,企业在当今的网络经济时代提倡柔性管理 ,但不否定刚性管理 ,而是在保留刚性管理某些合理环节基础上实行柔性管理的策略。

| Abstract: | Flexible management is the new trend of the development of the management science in the network economy age. The paper firstly introduces the meaning and features of flexible management, and then analyzes the necessity of the employment of flexible management principle for enterprises in the network economy age. Through the present study, the paper presents that flexible management should be advocated without abandoning rigid management, and it concludes that practicing flexible management strategy should be based on keeping the soundness of rigid management. |
