人性假设的理论与教学观

摘    要:麦格雷戈的人性假设的X理论与Y理论对管理产生了很大的影响。在教育、教学的管理中,人性假设的理论直接影响教师的教学观。在教育、教学中教育者不能单纯地以X理论或Y理论为出发点,而应采取权变的观点,针对不同情况,使任务、组织、人员达到最佳的配合,满足学生的各种学习需要,培养学生的成就动机。

Abstract:Mcgregor's X Thoery & Y Thoery about Human Nature Assumption has great impact on management. In the management of education and teaching, this theory directly impacts the teachers' teaching viewpoints. They shouldn't just start from X Theory or Y Theory at work, but adapt situational viewpoints to make the task, organization and people a best fit so as to satisfy the students' various learning needs and cultivate their achievement motives.
