新生代农民工的身份认同及影响因素分析

新生代农民工是农民工群体中的"精英",探讨新生代农民工身份认同及影响因素,具有十分重要的理论价值和现实意义。新生代农民工身份认同处于混状态。回归分析结果表明,性别、城市生活体验、与市民的社会交往状况、与市民之间的社会差异感、城市社会生活的满意度以及是否参与当地城市社区组织,对新生代农民工的身份认同有显著性影响。

Identification of the New Peasant-workers and the Hindrances Concerned

The new peasant-workers are the "elite" of the group.It is of great practical and theoretical significance to explore the identification of the new peasant-workers and the restrictive factors concerned.However,the identification of the new peasant-workers still remains unsettled.Research findings from regression analyses show that great influences on the identification of the new peasant-workers come from such factors as gender,urban life experiences,communication and the gap with the urban citizens,the degree of satisfaction with urban life,and the willingness to participate into the urban community organizations.
