浅谈德育在高校素质教育中的作用

面对国际、国内新形势、新任务,高校德育工作显得尤为重要,应如何发挥德育在素质教育中的作用呢?本文从此问题出发,从素质教育理念、师德建设、学生参与德育的主体精神和高校所处的文化氛围与环境优势四个方面进行论述,最终得出:高校德育工作,只有不断完善和加强德育队伍建设,提高德育工作效率与水平,不断培育学生参与德育的主体精神,才能形成良好的德育工作局面,才能发挥德育在高校素质教育中的重要作用。

Optimization of Quality Education for Higher School in New Situation

With the continuously developing of knowledge - based economy, schools are more closed with the social. Nowadays, it is an important lesson and urgent task to put the quality education into practice. The task of high school education will be transformed from valuing the education of knowledge to training student to become talented person with creative mind and strong practise ability. In the 21st century, the evaluation of talented person has changed from the qualifications to the ability, from the technical ability to the creative ability. Therefore, if we want to handle with the quality education properly, we must first change the idea of education, adjust the content of the course, increase the quality of teacher and creat a good studying environment.
