试析女性与旅游扶贫

我国作为世界上最大的发展中国家，贫困问题尤为突出。自上世纪90年代旅游扶贫战略在我国各贫困地区开展以来，这些地区通过旅游业的发展取得了一定的经济效益、社会效益和文化效益。研究结果表明，我国贫困地区“剩余劳动力的女性化”、“旅游业就业的女性化”以及女性在服务及服务管理的先天性优势等特点，使得贫困地区的女性在旅游扶贫过程中为我国的反贫困做出了巨大的经济贡献和社会贡献，同时也为女性带来了目的地女性商品化、双重工作日以及女性文化的同化和变异等问题。

On the Relation between Women and PPT Project

As the biggest developing country, poverty is a paramount issue in China. Some under- developed areas have made great success in social, economic, and cultural aspects since the 1990s. The research result suggests that the feminization of surplus labor and tourism employment in these poor areas, and women＇ s superiority in serivce industry and management make women contribute a lot socially and economically in PPT project. Meanwhile, the PPT Project brings some negative effects to women employees in tourism industries, such as female commercialization, double workday, the female culture assimilation and differentiation and so on.
