摘 要: | 劳动合同解除后,对劳动者进行经济补偿问题关系到劳动者和用人单位利益的平衡,关系到社会的和谐。在分析经济补偿金性质的基础上,对我国法律的相关规定及适用中应注意的问题进行了论述。
