| 摘 要： | 本文论述了《村民委员会组织法》中罢免制度的理论基础和实践意义,分析了罢免制度运作的现状,提出了现行罢免制度中的程序缺陷,归纳出罢免程序三个阶段十二个争议较大的问题,提出了完善罢免制度的立法建议,以期在《村民委员会组织法》修订过程中能够完善罢免制度。
