| Abstract: | s:State enterprise in west China must speed up the building of corporations, improve the construction of the estate, put stress on the study of the economic conduct of both the consumers and the government, and contribute to the establishment of good state enterprise image. It is under these circumstances that it can seize the historical opportunities in the development of the west area of China , extricate itself out of the difficult position and strive for its development in competition. |
