| 摘 要： | 把特色专业作为成人高教专业建设的重点,是由成人高教固有特点决定的。建设特色专业是个不断改革创新的过程,必须明确建设的原则、要求。需要正确处理好特色专业建设与其发展环境的关系,特色专业建设与其他专业建设的关系,特色专业建设过程与评审结果的关系,特色专业建设与保障机制的关系。

| Abstract: | The internal characteristics of adult higher education decide the face that distinctive subjects are usually taken as the key programs.The construction of distinctive subjects is a developing process of reform and innovation.It must have clear principles and demands,i.e.,it must well balance the relations among environment,other subjects,eval- uation,and guaranteeing systems. |
