| 摘 要： | 对于居住的权利,已经通过国际公约实现了国际化,有的国家还通过宪法实现了宪法化。各国行政法也不同程度地体现了“居者有其屋”的行政目标。更进一步的是,很有必要通过民法来实现居住权的私法化和具体化。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,as to the right of habitation,it has been internationalized by international agreements and constitutionalized by constitution of some countries.Meanwhile,it has been reflected in some countries' administrative law to make the residents have their houses to different degrees respectively.Furthermore,it is necessary to legalize habitation in civil law and to make it more concrete or be recorded in private laws. |
