| 摘 要： | 启蒙时期的康德吸收了传统欧洲哲学中契约论的思想，为建立一个符合其哲学体系的国家制度、构建一套国家学说，康德根据其道德哲学和政治哲学的理论，结合先验的预设，运用实践理性和纯粹理性，以道德律令为起点，创制其社会契约论学说。

| Abstract: | During the period of Enlightenment,Kant assimilated the thought of social compact in traditional European philosophy.In order to build a national institution which is in accordance with his philosophical system and create a national doctrine,Kant establishes his theory of social compact,using his theory of moral philosophy and political philosophy and combining the practical and pure reason. |
