| Abstract: | This paper takes Chinese ancient official assessment system as an investigation object and strives to get some beneficial enlightenment through the longitudinal analysis for each stage of official assessment system in order to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,and to make it serve the present and perfect the current civil servant assessment system of our country. |
