Privatization of economy and financialization of private economy:a new perspective of economic structure studies

The interactive influence between the development of private economy and financialization of economy is one of the characteristics in the current evolution of the economic structure in China. Private economy has made preeminent contribution to the national economy where the financial factor has played a supportive role and a restrictive one on the development of the private economy. "Private sector gained limited financial resources" and "achieved the unprecedented development through informal financial arrangements". In addition to the monetary support, private economy increasingly needs mature and efficient financial institutional arrangements. The financialization of private economy in the background of privatization of economy will increasingly change the contrastive situation between financial economy and substantial economy, hence making it possible to threaten the steadiness and sustainability of the basic economic structure. Therefore, we should cautiously deal with the phenomenon that private capital permeates the financial field.
