论家族企业的职业化管理

摘    要:家族企业在国民经济发展中具有重要的作用。但随着市场经济的发展和企业规模的不断扩大,凸现了不断发展的"大企业"与内部不规范、不专业、随意性的"小机制"的矛盾,使家族制企业内部出现了一系列前所未有的困难,这种管理模式制约了家族企业的快速发展。家族制企业必须在外部环境不断改善的基础上,从内部机制制度着手,逐步引入职业化管理,逐步建立清晰、开放的股本结构和多层级组织结构;实行所有权与经营权分离与适度授权以及明确的职责边界和责权利体系等。

Abstract:Family business has been playing an important role in Chinese economy. But as the development of market economy and the increasing scale of business, there are some paradox between the modern big corporation and the unnormative, unprofessional and random small mechanism. Lots of new problems appear in the family business. The traditional family-managed model has restricted its development. With the improvement of the external environment, it is necessary to introduce the professional management into the family business to optimize the internal mechanism, and to establish step by step the open clear capital stock organization structure and multiplayer organization, and to separate the ownership and proprietary, and to make clear of the boundary of duty, rights and interests, etc.
