德育首位:成人高校育人论

我国成人高等教育作为社会主义教育体系的重要组成部分 ,必须树立德育首位的观念 ,但由于种种原因 ,德育却始终是成人高校的薄弱环节。要改变这一状况 ,必须提高对成人高校德育工作战略意义的再认识 ,从成人学生的社会属性及成人高校德育工作的特点出发 ,针对成人学员身份的多维性 ,注意德育教育内容的丰富多样性 ;针对成人学员分布的广泛性 ,实施德育教育的网络化、协作化 ;针对成人学员的在职性 ,注意德育工作的渗透性、排扰性 ;针对成人学员的差异性 ,注重因人施教。

Moral Education First:On Higher Adult Education

As an important part of our socialist education system,our higher adult education should establish the idea of putting priority to moral education,the moral education has been the weak point of our higher adult education.To change the situation,we must improve our recognition of the strategic significance of higher adult education,attach great importance to the special attribution and characteristics of adult students,pay special attention to the varieties of moral education contents and realize the unified network and cooperation of moral education,aiming at the wide distribution of adult students.To the full-time adult students,we must focus on the penetration and removal of worries and offer proper education according to their different backgrounds.
