| 摘 要： | 开发区作为南宁市工业项目的重要载体,对南宁市工业经济乃至地区经济的发展具有重要意义。在当前我国实行"地根紧缩"政策的情况下,南宁市土地利用指标捉襟见肘,不能满足项目落地的需要。土地利用的集约化程度高低,对南宁市工业经济的可持续发展至关重要。

| Abstract: | The development zone is as the important carriers of the industrial project in Nanning.The development zone has important significance to the development of the industrial economy and even regional economy of Nanning.Our country controls the land utilization policy strictly at present.The index land of Nanning is utilized tightly,can’t satisfy the project’s need.The intensification intensity level that the land utilizes is essential for the sustainable development of the industrial economy of Nanning. |
