民俗文化型的城市商业旅游区在各地纷纷出现,在盐城城市建设中却是空白。而座落着名胜古迹泰山庙的先锋岛具有民俗文化开发的品质。探讨了把泰山庙岛区开发成以明清里下河城镇民俗文化的风情风貌为样式特征的商业旅游区的必要性,并且提出民俗文化资源的利用、开发模式的选择、开发的规划设计、开发的实施办法等方案性的研究结论。

Originality and Argumentation of the Development of Taishan TempleCulturel Area with Folk Customs

Commercial and touring areas appear here and there in many cities, but there is no such in Yancheng city. Yet Xianfeng Island in the city with Temple on it has the quality of being a cultural area With folk customs. So this articleargues the necessity of developing Taishan Temple into a commercial and touring area with Ming-Qing dynasties characteristics, and discusses the usage of cultural resources, the choice of development mode, the design of development and the implement of the devdlopment.
