家兔皮癣病病原菌的分离及鉴定

摘    要:采用沙保弱氏培养法(Sabourord cuhure),从永川、荣昌、江津等地饲养家兔农户中调查家兔患兔皮癣病情况,对所取皮屑、被毛.经过分离培养,真菌学鉴定,系石膏样毛癣菌(Trichophyton mentgrophytes)(30%)、絮状表皮癣菌(Epidermophyton floccosum)(10%),上述真菌对皮康圣、三酸合剂敏感。

Abstract:By Sabourord culture, Trichophyton mentgrophytes and Epidennophyton flocco-sum were seperated and identified from the fur and pilose of rabbits bought in Yongchuan, Rongchang and Jiangjing. The morbidities were 30% (Trichophyton mentgrophytes) and 10% (Epidermophyton floccosum). Experiments showed that the two germs were sensitive to Pikangsheng and threeacid mixture.
