| Abstract: | Counselons are the main body in college student work. They play an important role in promoting the construction of higher education and comprehensive development of their students. The professionalization of college counselors is an inevitable trend of development. This paper studies the meaning of counselor professionalization to explore the various paths so as to implement the professionalization of college counselors. |
