| 摘 要： | 中国特色社会主义公正观的理论建构,必须以马克思主义社会公正观为指导,以现代西方正义理论为借鉴,以社会主义初级阶段的基本国情为基础,以社会主义市场经济体制为依托,以权利平等为核心,以共同富裕为目标,以集体主义为原则,以“三个有利于”为标准。

| Abstract: | Constructing just idea of socialism with Chinese characteristics must meet the following requirements: being guided by social just idea of Marxism;learning from modern western just ideas;being based on national conditions at the primary stage of socialism;relying on the system of socialist marketing economy;and taking rights equality as its core,mutual prosperity as its goal,collectivism as its general principle and "Three Benefits" as its criteria. |
