农村经济发展与人力资本投资

农村经济改革至今 ,已初步纳入市场经济轨道 ,传统的自给自足、知足常乐等旧思想逐渐被打破 ,农民的机制趋向、经济意识有了重大变化。把农村丰富的人力资源转化为人力资本 ,进而转化为生产力 ,将成为今后农村经济发展的唯一路径。本文首先考察了人力资本的一般属性及其在农村经济发展中的作用 ,进而指出了在我国农村中存在并值得提倡推广的几种人力资本投资形式

Rural Economic Development and the Investment of Manpower Capital

So far Chinese rural economy has gone into the orbit of the market economy since its reform.Traditional ideas,such as autarky andsatisfaction with one's lot,has been broken.The valuation tendency and economicconsciousness of Chinese peasants have changed a lot.Transforming the rich rural manpower resources into manpower capital,further into poductivity,will be the unique path of the development of rural economy.This article first examines the general attribute of manpower capital and the role it plays in developing the rural economy,and then discusses several investment forms of manpower capital whichexist and should be advocated in Chinese countryside.
